Hi my name is Chris Murray. I have been Personal Training and helping people improve their health, fitness and lose weight for 15 years I consistently study the latest courses available and always look to improve my knowledge where I can. When working with a client I like to make sure people are firstly at ease in the gym and with what we are doing. Depending on the goals of the person I will put together a plan that will ensure the quickest possible result.

If you want results you have to be willing to train hard, I have found as long as I can fully explain why I want a client to do something, it is easy to get them to push past their limits. I train myself pretty hard so I like people to feel the same pain I do.

Most importantly, his calm and gentle approach made training with an expert of his calibre a lot of fun.

I cannot say enough great thing about training with Chris. It is everything that I have been looking for in a workout plan.

I really enjoyed my session with Chris. I was impressed how much he incorporated my exercise preferences into the training. He helped me to iron out mistakes in my technique, which is essential to achieve my desired results.
