When you sign up to our Bodytransformation Health program we will advise you on what classes we think will work best to help you reach your goals but you are welcome to take others that interest you.
Our Bodytransformation Health program offers a range of classes designed to appeal to different interests and skill levels.
We offer classes for beginners, intermediates and those that are more experienced in training.
The classes include beginner strength training to learn the basic movements you'll need, mobility and flexibility clsases, small group classes for friends and colleagues, cardio classes and much more.
