Our Bodytransformation Health program offers a range of group sessions designed to appeal to different interests and skill levels.
We offer group sessions for beginners, intermediates and those that are more experienced in training.
The group sessions include beginner strength training to learn the basic movements you'll need, mobility and flexibility clsases, small group sessions classes for friends and colleagues, cardio classes and much more.
