We offer a free health assessment so you can better understand your body and how Bodytransformation can help you.

We offer health-focused fitness programs that take a holistic view of your health more widely. Our free health assessment helps us understand more about you and enables us to build a program around your needs.

Our Bodytransformation Health program offers a range of group sessions designed to appeal to different interests and skill levels.

We offer group sessions for beginners, intermediates and those that are more experienced in training.

The group sessions include beginner strength training to learn the basic movements you'll need, mobility and flexibility clsases, small group sessions classes for friends and colleagues, cardio classes and much more.
