What does my free session look like?
Firstly we discuss what is the result you are looking for out of Personal Training.
Your first session is then an assessment of your posture, movement and fitness.
This is not a vigorous fitness test but more about seeing what is going on with your body right now. Think of it as an MOT - we look at mobility, flexibility, strength and cardio fitness so that we can choose the best possible program for you.

What happens after my free session?
After your free session you will choose whether you want to book individual sessions or the Bodytransformation Personal Training Program.
If you are looking to book individual sessions we offer block-booking discounts.
If you are looking to do the Bodytransformation Personal Training program we offer a range of packages and will help you decide how much help you need to get the results you want.
How much is it?
You can get started for free! We offer a free taster session so you can try out Bodytransformation and see if it is a fit for you.
We also offer a Personal Training trial for under £100, which allows you to have several sessions with us.
Individual sessions start from £40 per session if you book a block of sessions.
Our 12 week program start at around £250 a month.
How long is the program?
The program runs for 12 weeks initially during which you will see your Personal Trainer each week. How often you meet your Personal Trainer will be defined by what you want and need to get the best result.
What happens in the program?
The aim of the program is to get you in to the best shape of your life.
And even more to ensure it is sustainable. We do a huge amount of work around habits and behaviours so the results you get stick.
Nutrition and exercise plans are given to you where we tell you what exercises to do and what food to eat on a daily basis.
Most importantly your Personal Trainer is there everyday to keep you accountable.
What happens after the program?
We have clients for 12 weeks who get results and carry on their health journey on their own.
On the other hand we have had some clients for over 10 years! So what you do after the program will be discussed to ensure you are in the best position to keep the results you get.
